What General Pest Control Covers
Last updated: October 2026
General Pest Control covers only the inspection, treatment, and prevention steps listed in your estimate, service agreement, or work order. Depending on the approved plan, work may address common household pests in accessible areas of the property.
The technician will explain any preparation instructions and areas that cannot be treated safely or reached during the visit. Termite work, wildlife removal, major repairs, sanitation, and specialized pest services are outside this scope unless separately described and approved in writing.
Results depend on pest activity, building conditions, and following preparation or follow-up instructions; no treatment can promise that pests will never return.
Texas structural pest control work is subject to Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1951, and 4 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 7. Pesticide use must follow applicable EPA-approved label directions and FIFRA requirements.
Texas Pest Solutions follows applicable worker-safety and waste rules, including OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and applicable RCRA requirements. Oversight may involve the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service, EPA, TCEQ, and, where relevant, Texas DSHS.
Booking, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Texas Pest Solutions. A booking is confirmed when the company provides an appointment date or time window.
Please give accurate access details and tell us about pets, tenants, alarm systems, or other conditions that may affect the visit. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible and before the scheduled arrival; any applicable cancellation charge must be disclosed in your estimate or service agreement before it applies.
A technician may need to pause or reschedule work if the property is inaccessible, unsafe, or not prepared as instructed. If inspection shows that the requested work differs from the approved scope, we will explain the proposed change and any added cost.
We will not proceed with added work without your approval. Weather, emergencies, or other conditions outside reasonable control may require a schedule adjustment; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange another time.
Estimates, Charges, and When Payment Is Due
Before work begins, Texas Pest Solutions will provide an estimate or service agreement describing the planned work and its price. An estimate is based on the information available at the time and may need revision if an inspection reveals different conditions, access limits, or a request for additional work.
We will explain any proposed change and obtain your approval before performing work outside the agreed scope. Estimates do not include repairs or separate services unless they are specifically listed.
Payment is due as stated in the estimate, service agreement, or invoice. Please review those documents for the accepted payment methods and any payment deadline.
If the due date or payment terms are not clear, ask us before authorizing service. You are responsible for charges for work you approve and receive, subject to applicable law and the written terms of your agreement. No specific price, financing offer, or fee applies unless it is provided to you in writing.
What to Expect About Service Coverage
Texas Pest Solutions does not promise a general warranty or fixed coverage period for every General Pest Control visit. Any follow-up service, retreatment, or other workmanship coverage applies only if it is stated in your written estimate, service agreement, or work order.
That document should identify the covered work, the applicable period, and any conditions for requesting service. Please contact us promptly if you believe approved work was not completed as described, and provide the service date and details of the concern.
Coverage may not apply to pests or areas outside the agreed scope, new pest activity after the stated period, conditions that were not accessible, or failure to follow preparation and prevention instructions. Do not assume a follow-up visit is included unless your written terms say so.
Nothing in this section changes rights that cannot legally be waived. Ask Texas Pest Solutions to clarify any written coverage terms before authorizing work.
Daniel Reyes
Service Expert at Texas Pest Solutions
I started in structural pest control around Houston, where the long humid season, slab foundations, and frequent rain can bring ants, roaches, and mosquitoes close to home. I built this company to give Texas households clear inspections and treatment plans grounded in the pests and conditions we see here.
Responsibility for Service-Related Losses
To the extent permitted by law, Texas Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, structural defects, or losses caused by circumstances outside the work we agreed to perform. Please report a service concern promptly so it can be reviewed.
These terms do not authorize work that conflicts with Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1951, or 4 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 7. Pesticides must be handled and applied according to applicable EPA-approved label directions and FIFRA requirements.
Applicable worker-safety and disposal rules, including OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and RCRA requirements, remain in effect. Nothing here excuses a party from duties imposed by law or transfers responsibility for conduct that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
Questions About These Terms
If you have a question about these terms, a scheduled service, or the written scope for your property, contact Texas Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@texaspestsolutions.top. Mail may be sent to JPMorgan Chase Tower, 600 Travis St, Houston, TX.
For a service question, include your name, service address, and appointment or invoice details so we can identify the relevant record. Do not send sensitive payment information by email.
We may revise these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on the applicable website page or provided through another reasonable notice method.
A revision applies as stated in the updated notice and does not change work already governed by a signed agreement unless the parties agree or the law requires otherwise. The terms provided with your estimate or service agreement may also address the specific work. Contact us if you need help determining which written terms apply.
